Vitamins and Your Metabolism

Vitamins
are important to keep our metabolisms running correctly. When our
bodies lack Vitamins we start to grow big, and end up becoming obese.
Some people are able to keep a good amount of vitamins so that their
metabolism is quick.
When your metabolism is quick your body is able to digest food quicker
and is also able to get the nutrients and vitamins
that we need from our food. Keeping our metabolism quick enables
us to prevent becoming obese.
How do we get to be obese in the first place? People do not eat
everything that is good for them, and when they forget to eat vitamin
rich food our metabolisms run slower and slower until eventually
it seems as if it has stopped.
Another problem we find with our metabolism is that the older we
get the slower it starts working. We have to keep a high enough
amount of vitamins to keep out metabolism working at the same pace
of which we eat. Eating non stop is not going to help either.
Keeping the vitamin
count up in our body not only helps our metabolism, but it helps
everything else as well. Without the right amount of vitamins we
would continuously be sick and we would end up becoming obese.
People do not look at what they eat any more. They just eat it and
go on. They don’t know if what they are eating is healthy, full
of protein and vitamins,
or nothing but junk, which is normally the case.
Keeping a good metabolism also helps you keep a healthy stomach.
When your metabolism is quick and able to keep you in a healthy
shape it tends to keep your body in a healthy state as well.
With out this state you become sluggish and weak.
What’s Happening to Our Food?
Today food is not as nutritional as it once was. Our soil is becoming
dry of vitamins and nutrients and our newest idea of cutting down
on food, is ordering the biggest meal with a diet coke. Slowly but
surely our nutritional food source is starting to fall.
Farmers do not replace the nutrients in the soil that they plant
in so food comes out with less and less vitamins and minerals that
we need. This causes our bodies to do things.
Without the right vitamins our body calls for more food and more
nutrients until it ends up where you have just eaten yourself into
obesity because the food did not have the vitamins that our bodies
call for.
This is a simple problem to fix with the exception of the fact that
our soil is getting depleted of it’s minerals. There is soil still
out there with the right amount of nutrients, but farmers do not
put it into their fields, instead leaving their fields to produce
less nutritional foods.
This problem is rising all over the country, and yet no one is doing
anything to stop it. Farmers keep planting in the same barren fields
causing our food to do more harm then good.
In ancient times farmers would switch their fields out each year,
allowing the field that had recently been used to replenish it’s
nutrients and to become full of minerals and vitamins again.
Some farmers still use this form of farming, but others prefer to
use all of their fields for their produce. There is an upside and
a down side to this, the upside is that they produce twice the amount
of produce then they would if they rotated fields.
The bad thing is that they are draining all of their fields of the
nutrients and vitamins
that we need.
